Xaxino Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

Xaxino is an online betting and gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between xaxino and the user.

By using any xaxino service, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to comply with these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

• These terms and conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To use xaxino's services, you must create a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

• A valid email address and mobile number are required.
• Please provide your real name, date of birth, and address accurately.
• Keep your account password private — never share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. xaxino is not liable for any unauthorised access.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Xaxino is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

After registration, xaxino may request a copy of your ID or National ID (NID) at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

• A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence is accepted as proof of age.
• The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
• If verification is unsuccessful, the account may be restricted or closed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on xaxino and cover all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless xaxino's Cash Out feature is available for that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, xaxino reserves the right to withhold the outcome of the relevant bet.
• Xaxino reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum payout limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• Placing bets in the same direction from multiple accounts on a single event will be considered syndicate betting.

Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on xaxino. For Bangladesh, bKash, Nagad, and other authorised mobile banking services are supported.

• A minimum deposit amount applies — see the payment page for details.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• Xaxino may investigate suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering measures.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a no-deposit bonus — the wagering requirements must be met first.

Xaxino regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, and the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has a set Wagering Requirement — typically between 20x and 40x.
• While a bonus is active, bets may be required to be placed on specific games or markets.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• Xaxino reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xaxino platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Using xaxino's intellectual property without authorization.

Xaxino may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify age or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account at any time — in which case, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Xaxino strives to deliver the highest quality of service through its platform. However, xaxino is not liable for the following.

• If a bet is missed due to a lost internet connection or a technical error.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks) that disrupt the service.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing their password with others.

Xaxino reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance at their registered email address for any significant changes.
